French translation

I have completed the missing French translation strings of Testlink for French language (based on 1.8-RC2 version).
It was a quick & dirty work, but I think is it better than missing strings.

I finally prefer migrate to 1.9.3...

French translation looks fine in this version, with almost every string translated.
