We are using TestLink 1.7.4 since early 2008.
As a IT service company, we use this tool in parallel with Enterprise Architect: we design test cases while we design use cases (UML). We then extract requirements from EA and we load them into the appropriate document in TL where we cross requirements with test cases.

We are planning the move to 1.8.3. and to keep up to date with TL improvements.

We also try to convince our customers to implement TL and testing methodology.
