McAfee is a company of many products with software development in many offices around the world.

TestLink integrated with Bugzilla is used in various product lines as the testing management tool and TestLink reports are incorporated in the sign off of a final product.

Test cases have the expected result of a feature to be tested and the steps to verify that feature. The advantage of TestLink is that a tester does not have to tick boxes for each step, but understand what the feature is and how to verify it by understanding the steps. When a test is finished a simple pass/fail for the feature and a free format box for notes.

As an Open Source tool, it was easy to customize the product. Automation results are included using and interface created by understanding TestLink queries while running it in debug mode.
