I'm a QA engineer and when I started here they were tracking test cases in Excel spreadsheets. It was horrible and there was no way to track builds or minor releases, not to mention the fact that even a minor formatting mistake can screw up the whole thing.

I searched and found TestLink and thought I'd give it a try. I honestly didn't have high hopes, but after trudging through the install process, I was pleasantly surprised! My boss was so impressed he ordered me to roll it out to the whole department and, voila, a TestLink admin is born!
