Testlink vs. X Studio free

Have you already tried the X studio? I am just looking for test management free tool and these two are my finalists.
I did not find any comparison of current versions.
Could you please give me a list why testlink?

TestLink has only one version => IS ALWAYS free and opensource. is realy opensource.
