Assign Test Case Execution Lost during Upgrade Version

I migrated from 1.9.13 to 1.9.14 version

In any projects, I lost who had assigned the test cases, can I recover these assignations?

1) are you sure info is not present on your DB? because upgrade from 1.9.13 to 1.9.14 does not involve any data update at DB level
2) DB schema is documented on some mantis ticket and in this forum (info is not updated but useful anyway) you need to search
