Generate excel and give for manual testing

Please let me know how can i generate excel format of test plan to be given for manual testing .
Currently if export test plan option is used , it generates xml which when imported to excel generates a row for each combination of test case and custom field .
I want the requirement scope linked with the test cases also be present in the xml and there should be 1 row only for 1 BR and the linked test case .
Can somebody suggest me how it can be achieved ?

just custom development if no one of existing reports that can creare excel are good for you.
