Draw picture in TestLink

Hello there, first post at this board, but i have been reading it for some time now.
So we have testlink installed in our system and everything seems fine except i have one question:
Migrating from a word document style test plan, the issue that we have is that we cannot really draw an image in testlink.
The best thing we can do is to import an image in testlink, but that would require some work from us, like draw the image in word or other program, then save it in an image format and then import /attach it into Testlink.
Is there a simpler way? We do need images with information for our tests.
Is there a plugin /addon or any other idea that maybe you could suggest ?
