Test Process - Test cases

Hi,

I'm new with testlink.
My question is :
Do I need to create same test case after executing them.
What is the basic flow of creating test cycle?

-> test suite - > test cases - > Builds - > platform -> test plan - Execution -> report

Next cycle : ? What is the process on the next cycle if I added some new test cases ?
