Format Notes Execution

Hello,

I upgraded version 1.9.13 to 1.9.14
I updated the DB
I copied all upload_area directory to the new version
The problem is:
I write something in Notes Execution, i.e: with return characters, when Teslink shows this Notes, in the Latest execution, it is not shown the format introduced, it is not shown Enter, etc...
It is possible solve this problem?
