Remove hyperlink and Printed by Testlink for reports

Hello,

I need to make two changes in testlink reports. Please, could someone help me identifying which files I need to edit?

The changes that I need to apply are:
1- I need to remove the text in the footer that reads ¨Printed by Testlink [Date]¨
2- I need to remove the hyperlink or path that it is showed in header(the server path where software was installed) when the document is passed to PDF format.

Please, I appreciate your help with these topics.
