ReLinking of custom field with changed custom field values

Hello,
I am using TestLink 1.9.14.
There is a custom field defined in the project with Multi List values .
Many Test cases are linked to this custom field.

My problem is
the custom field values have been changed .
How to make these changes effective on all the Test Cases linked to this custom field without manually editing individually test cases .

I want sql statements that will do the changes directly in the TestLink database .
