How to restore test case execution details

Hello friends ,
Accidentally executed test cases were removed from the test plan . These resulted in erasing of the test case execution statistics .
Sufficient work has been done after that .
I have the testlink database backup prior to the activity but i cannot load this database from backup since already sufficient work has been done after the erasing activity .

Can somebody suggest how to restore the test case execution details from previous backup without loading it in the production env .
I can load the database backup in testing env .
