REQUIREMENTS INITIALIZATION IN CODE

Hello,
I'm currently doing plugin where I need access to variable in which is stored infromation about how many requirements are in project and how many requirements are covered.
Is this information avaible global in code? If it is how can I get acess to it via plugin code (covered with plugin standards in documentation)?
I need this infromation to be display in custom event on the main page - EVENT_TITLE_BAR

You need to use the testlink classes that deals with requirements.
