Manual/Automated test case execution

Post by beautifulbutterfly »

Hi,
Please can you tell me the difference between Manual/Automated options set for test case execution?
How to use milestones? I created a milestone and I defined percentage for each priority, then I executed my test cases, but in the general test plan metrics report, the status is always "red" and percentage are always equal to 0.
I didn't understand how to use this feature.
Thanks in advance

Manual = For manual cases
Automation : For automation cases (testlink have an API that calls test cases and executes based on your automation script and saves the exeuction status either pass or fail etc automatically. I don not have much information how to set this up)

For other reports and general please go through the Help files available in testlink dorectories
Thanks,
