viewing Test plan/builds in ascending order

I knew that the added test plans are showing in ascending order by name . But hope this is not good to show in viewing like that. as say when we have 13 test plans for 13 builds individually, now when we add the the 13 build say build 10.1 this goes to the top. I knew this is not an issue, but when we generate report either in metrics dashboard/ the reports that "Amit" is creating this shows as the second in the view mode of test plan managemnt/reports i am trying to show these by test plan id so that sorting would not happen.

same in the builds as well.

Please let me know if any one have idea that which file has to be considereing for changing such values
