Hi, I am using TL 1.8.2. Now my customer wants to review all the test cases and he is looking in excel file. Please can any one suggest me that how to export test cases to excel.

I saw, that nobody gives you an answer to your question!!
Here my experience with Testlink1.8.2:
When you export your testcases to XML-format, you can open these XML-files with EXCEL from Office 2003.
In EXCEL you can see the summary-, Steps-, Expected-Result-fields in EXCEL-columns. For me, the content of these textfields are not readable because of the HTML-Tags inside the text. The fckeditor makes a lot of formating HTML-tags. = not readable
These XML-files are only good for importing into another Testlinkproject.
To read exported Testlink-Testcases, I only know the possibility to export to MS-WORD-Format.
When you export your TestSpec into WORD-Format, you can read all Testcases in a comfortable way.
