I'm running TestLink 1.8.3 and I believe I found a bug.
I'd like to set all users to Guest and then give them higher access only for the Projects they are working on, but if I make a user an Admin for a certain Project, they should be able to modify user roles only for that Project, but they can't. They don't even see the link on the home page to get to the User Role Management page.
I don't want to make them a Leader or Admin globally because then they could accidentally make changes to any Project, not just the one they use.
If there's some setting I'm overlooking, please let me know, otherwise can you please consider this for your next release?

OK, I found a bug report that someone already made for this, and it's marked resolved, but it doesn't say what version it's resolved for.
