OK button by Testplan on Main page

Hi There,

im just courious about something....

i Created 3 Testprojects and each has some tesplan with testcases.

on the main page in the upper right corner i see a dropdownlist with the testplans. right from the dropdownlist is an OK button.

but this button is only in 2 of the 3 projects displayed.

the question is why isnt it always displayed and what does this button do?

update:
so the button is displayed when only one testplan exists. when there are 2, the button disapears...

this button was only solution we have found to get screen updated when ONLY one test plan exist, because in this situation logic based on 'on change' hmtl select event does not work
