Exported MS Excel for 'Test Result Matrix' omits test cases

We have added 3 extra columns (Summary, Steps and Expected Result) to "Test Result Matrix" using below post from the forum:-

But the problem is that when we export the Test Result Matrix as excel for a specific Test Plan, only 1358 test cases are coming even though the "Test Report" for that test plan shows 2863 test cases. The exported excel sheet has a size of 1.58 MB after adding new columns to Test Result Matrix. Please, suggest a solution for this problem.
