How to add extra columns steps, summary, expected results?

Hi All,

From the forums i could add extra columns to Test result Matrix with the sample code.

Now i need a code to add these steps, expected results, summary columns to Failed Test Cases, Blocked Test Cases and Not Run Testcases.

resultsByStatus.php and resultsByStatus.tpl files are being used for this 3 type of reports.

Pls help me...

Well this is a good idea, Please add feature that you want in tracker, But will this not be a major change? I guess it is... i will add my findings or observations or what ever in the tracker. PLease mention the issue after you add in the tracker.

Hi Amaradana,

I have edited resultsByStatus.tpl file and added 3 columns, which has added 3 columns. But I need the Query and the result to be displayed in this new 3 columns in Failed Test Cases Report.

Pls suggest the changes to be made...

I didn't get any errors because i just added <th> Steps</th><th>Summary</th><th>Expected Results</th> tags. just the Report view got chnaged.....

Hi All,

I could solve the problem.

I am able to display Notes, Ar Number, Steps, Expected Results, Summary Following reports
1)Test result Matrix
2)Failed result Matrix
3)Blocked(Untesable) result Matrix

Also able to add Steps, Expected Results, Summary to NOT RUN(Untested) result Matrix
