which tables to save the test case name

Hi, Do you know which tables to retrieve the name of test case name, in the table tcversions, I only found summary, steps and expected results? Because it seems that I get some parse errors when using xml-rpc to retrieve some cases whose names include UTF-8 characters, I want to retrieve the info from database directly.
