Update Notes / Description

Hello,

I want to ask you if there is any possibility to update de Notes / Description (when you execute test cases) in order for the old comment to appear in the textarea. The idea is that every time you submit a new Note/Description the old one disappears so I was thinking that in the VALUE param of the text area it can be an SQL UPDATE to keep there the old comment. Can you tell me in what file I can find this text area or how can I do this easy ?
