Fatal error while importing excel test cases

I am getting fatal error while importing the test cases from excel file.
following is the error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function get_elements_by_tagname() on a non-object in D:\testlink18\lib\testcases\tcImport.php on line 150


Can you let me know how to resolve this issue?
