VTD and VTR export customized

Hello all,

I am using TestLink 1.8RC1. How to customize to export the VTD and VTR to word file with my own template like Header, Footer, Company Image ...

Some things could be done via configuration (see Installation manual for more). A different layout requires changes in lib/functions/print.inc.php file.
