Bulk TC Note under Bulk TC status management

I have 1.8 RC4 (build from 1/24/2009) installed

I want to use new
0001635: [New Feature] Bulk TC Note under Bulk TC status management

But i can't understand how it works..
In my case - if i have click on Any Test Suite in TC Execution Section - nothing is happens.
What i expect is - http://www.testlink.org/mantis/file_dow ... 0&type=bug

Is this feature not included into this Nightly Build or i need to modify something in my cfg ?

you need to configure, read config.inc.php

In 1.7 it was possible to see all test cases if you select a Test Suite in Execution navigator. However it was performance bottleneck if users have hundreds TCs in one test suite. For this reason it's allowed just on TC in execution window by default configuration.
You can enable it of course and bulk actions will work again.
