What is the default editor in TL

Does anybody know what configuration file is used to define default test editor.?

I modified "custom_config.inc.php" file to set the editor to fckeditor to be able to use spell checker, but I can't see any changes.

I expect by uncommenting configuration lines of an editor like FCK, the default editor is changed to FCK. The same for other kind of editor.

I guess, the default editor in testlink is FCKeditor as is configured in Config.inc.php file. So no change is needed.
