Unassigned Test Case

I have created a Test case that is added in a Test Plan but not assigned to any Tester.

A User having roles (Admin, Leader, Senior Tester) should execute an Unassigned Test Case or not ?

Kindly reply ASAP.

That depends upon you , how you give rights to the users/roles who should execute the TC, anyways admin can always execute a tc.
