TestTrack Pro integration on version 1.8.2

hi.
i have just recently started working with testlink and currently am testing it for integration into my system.
i am working also with TestTrack Pro (seapine) and i could not understand how to integrate both of them without using SOAP since i am not allowed to open the web connection to the TestTrack.
in the changlog for version 1.8 i saw it was mentioned that a support for TestTrack was added, how can i do that?
