I just upgraded from 1.8.2 to 1.8.3 and noticed problem with charts that it does not display legends values and X and Y aixs. Appricate response on how to resolve this? It was working before I did the upgrade.

Hmmm, there was some changes for japan users. I hope that it doesn't break common fonts. Check/report the bug to tracker.
Needs reproduction scenario.
