Confirmation regarding the files to download for v1.8.4

Hi, all.

I just saw that version 1.8.4 was released on Oct/5th.

But, when I got to SF, I noticed that the date indicated on both files (.zip and .tgz) is Sep/10th.

I just wanted to confirm if those are the correct files to download.

Yes, it's correct. There was testing phase before announcement.
