I have set the following values in a defined custom field for testing localized versions of our product:

Name: LANG
Label: Language
Type: Muliselect
Possible Values: ENU|FRA|DEU|CHS|CHT
Enable on: Test Plan Desing(sic)
Display on test execution: Yes
Available For: Test Case

Now when I'm adding / removing test cases from the test plan the custom field is not available until the test case is added to the plan. I then select values from my multiselect list and click the "save custom field value" button.

However, when I go to execute the test case nothing from this custom field shows up.

Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?

update to 1.8.5, where Custom fields behaivour has changed

I don't think this fix has been merged up to 1.9 yet.

I have the same problem in Version 1.8.4 and 1.8.5.

I need the function to create a testplan with a custom datetime field.
The tester should see the execution time from the datetime field for the testcase he opend in the execution mode.
