Importing custom fields

Hello,

We are using Testlink version 1.8.5 and have Testcases in a XLS file which I am trying to import into Test link.

Although I have created the appropriate custom fields, I am unable to import the respective data into Testlink. I read in one of the threads that I need to convert the XLS file into XML and then import it but no steps were provided.

Appreciate some help on this!

Btw, does Testlink 1.9 provide a earier method to accomplish this?

You need to be more careful in converting into XML,
