Reorder steps gives error

In a testcase I have 5 action steps
To reorder I press the "Show/Hide reorder" and fill in new numbers (1 to 5) and press the button "Reorder steps"
It takes a long time and then the message appears 'FAST CGI error'. The steps are not reordered.

1. as stated on each section of this forum, forum is not for issue reporting
2. in any case lot of info is missing: DB TYPE, Testlink version, Web server used than will make in anycase near impossible to help
