Again unfortunately we can not provide guide to make custom developments, you have to read our code, understand it and do your changes all
by yourselve.
Some of your request will be easy to implement if you follow workflow I've described.
Other things regarding configuration have been explained several times on forum => if you spend sometime searching refining your search critiria you will be able to find the answers.
Please try to use som subject that have some meaning, not just cut and past from some email, as you know also the aspect of post add value to the post.
