[SOLVED] Redmine issue creation integration on TL 1.9.4

Post by mangomez »

Hi all,

First, thanks to all dev for your tool, I use it longtime ago, with Mantis integration.

I have few questions regarding TL 1.9.4 and Redmine.
- I have integrate Redmine BTS on TL using Restservices, to add bug on TC results, and it works.
- How to integrate the possibility to create a redmine issue (add new url link?) using TL ? Is it supporting?
- I have remark the only solution to integrate Redmine on TL 1.9.4 is to use the Rest method and via the TL management tab, and not using the cfg/redmine.cfg.php file ...
is it correct or i am wrong ? This file is only dedicated to a Database integration method to Redmine, no ? it is no supported on TL 1.9.4 ?

Thanks by advance.

Manuel.

BTS integration does not allow create new issue from TL, because need a lot of synchorinzed config between TL and the BTS.
regarding >> (add new url link?) unfortunatelly what do try to ask is not clear for me

We have added limited support for each kind of BTS (i.e. only via DB, or only via API) due to time constrains to release
