Assigned requirements

Hi,

1. I created specifications
2. spec. were assigned to test cases

The tester cannot see specifications for given TC, during the test execution. No link exists ... why?
It would be good if testers could see specifications for TC.

What do you think?

Hi noname,

It all depend on how you generated, then linked the test cases to the reqSpec. If the tc where generated from within the reqSpec, then once you:

create a build and test plan
assign tc's to test plans
assign the tc's to a tester

You should then see in execute tests the req wording (will be in the summary of the test case) and the req number in the blue test execution header of the test case.
