stripped-down UI for faster performance?

hey there, me again, just getting used to this tool. There's an impressive bit of functionality here!

I am wondering if there has been any thought of an option, for a stripped-down UI, focused on maximum speed.

For example, take a look at this demo application. Extremely lightweight front end. http://tcw.sourceforge.net/tcw/login.php

This TCW application above doesn't have the robustness as far as features, or the community of support and development. But it is simple, lightweight, and FAST.

Simple and fast are big for me. Any thoughts?

how do you think we can create and maintain two differents UI?

IMHO not possibile => I'm sorry think we have loose an user.

We can try to improve our GUI, but IMHO is not clumsy.

Anyway I will give a look to the other project
