I have started the translation of 1.7.0 RC3 to Dutch
when it is finished i will post a new reply

Well finally I created a translation of my own...mind you; it's not perfect!!! (and help files are not translated yet)...

I am working on the Dutch translation now for version 1.9 . Hopefully get it finished before the end of the week.

As you can see in this thread, the Dutch translation has had a rather checkered history, with people starting on it and not finishing. As of version 1.7.4 we have had a Dutch translation that was perhaps half complete, and has become steadily less complete with all the new functionality added since then. I am now extending it and checking in updates from time to time. It's a big job (something like 2500 strings) so I'm not making any predictions when it will be finished, but I'm making steady progress.
