ability to create test suites

I'm just writing an extension for Gallio to automatically report on test results. One thing I'd love to be hae but can't see would be the ability to create test suites via the api.

Is this currently possible or if not, is it planned?

Also - as I have been asked to share the C# API - is there a suggested way to host it? Any opinions?
