Security Warning displayed after login Testlink 1.8.2

Every time I login Testlink, it displays following warning message on the top of page in orange color. Has any one seen it? How to fix it? Thanks.

Same Error Message got after upgrading TestLink 1.7.2 to 1.8.3...

I set the config_check_warning_mode = 'SILENT'; in config_check.txt.But its not working.

can you please suggest me in which file i need to set the $tlCfg->config_check_warning_mode = 'SILENT';
