Execute view: default setting of filter for testers by admin

Is it possible to configure Test Link so, that the testers see after login and clicking on "execute" only test cases, which are not "Ok" in the previous builds.

Because only this test cases must be execute in the new build after bug fixing.

The testers can set the filter on "results all prev. builds - OK" and "out", but it would be better to set this from admin to default for testers.

Alternatively: how I can as admin define only a subset off test cases from prev. build to execute it in the new build.
