Special character (') are not recogonized in 1.8.3

Hi All,

I have upgraded testlink from 1.7.3 to 1.8.3. When I clicked Results, and selected Test result matricsTest Report, Results of Test Cases for all Builds is displayed. In this, Special character "apostrophe"(') is not displayed in the test suite, instead it displayed (\' ).

Kindly help me to solve this problem.
