Is there still help for migrations from 1.6.3 to 1.7.5?

Is there still help with a migration from 1.6.3 to 1.7.5?

I have tried the migration from 1.6.3 to 1.7.5 multiple times, starting from scratch. I've read the forums, got through several problems, but I have one remaining problem.

Each time I run the migration it simply stops in part II of "Migrating Test Cases" section. No "Finished Migrating". I've checked PHP.INI memory settings, tried to trace through the code... Is there a log somewhere? I've looked at the IIS logs.

IIS Server on 2003 server
