Unable to move only failed test cases to new build

Hi,

I am facign a problem in maintaining the status of the Test execution.

First i ll create 100 Test cases
I ll add them to test plan and then execute them by creating build.
Out of 100 80 test cases were passed and 20 were failed.
Now i want to move only 20 failed test cases to the new build.
Can this be possible in Test Link or else is there any work arounf for this???
Please help me out form this problem
