Keyword Management

As I m new for using Test Link and i have following issue :

Issue 1 :I want to ask "Does Keyword is only Created by Admin User"

(Bocz I have given permission of Keyword Management option to Leader User. In same Logins Keyword Management option is visible but Create Keyword & Import option is not visible on page).

Issue 2 : "Does Leader User have only right to assign Keywords to Test Cases"

If any body knows please reply ASAP.

login as admin, and analise and/or modify rights for roles, then make some experiments

First of all Thanks for your early reply but
I have Login with Admin and analise and/or modify rights for Leader & assign all Keyword Management rights to Leader.

I again login with Leader User and go to Keyword Management Option but Create Keyword & Import options still not visible on page.

Kindly tell me what should I do.
