New Test Case version is not created while using xls file

Hi,

New Test Case version is not created on Importing xls spreadsheet.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Select Test Suite
2. Click on Import Test Cases
3. Choose File Type (xls)
Choose file
Select Action for duplicated names (Create a new version)
4. Click on Upload File.

Initially it will create the test case with Version 1. Modify the test case in xls and repeat the same steps mentioned above.

Instead of creating a new version (Version 2) of the Test Case, tool is creating a test case with same name.

NOTE: While using the xml File Type for importing test case, it is creating a new version (Version 2).

Please suggest a solution for the above problem.
