Cant assign test suites to users

Hi

We have just started using test link here at the software development company. My user status in test link is administrator, but for some reason I cant assign test suites to different users of the system. When i try to assign test suites to users there are no test suites listed, but we do have test suites in the system.

Any help you can give will be appreciated.

I meet the same question too,but it appear just in Chinese enviornment. it is ok in English enviorment. what't more, I can't found the test plan that I want to delete in spite of it is created surely.
