Charts giving a blank page in testlink 1.8.3

We upgraded the testlink from 1.7.4 to 1.8.3 . Now we are facing the issue of charts page doesnt display the charts. What has gone wrong here?

Can someone help me here?

I have similar issue in my box, I think there's some additional libraries needed but not sure which ones!

on 1.8.3 there is a sort of sysinfo page that you can launch to check you environment look for it on your installation dir
