Upgrade from 1.7.1 to 1.8.3 - Test Case ID shows up as "

Server:
Ubuntu: 9.04
MySQL: 5.0.75
PHP: 5.2.6
Apache: 2.2.11
TestLink: Upgraded from 1.7.1 to 1.8.3.

After logging in, I tried to execute some test cases. The test plan on the left shows "-0:" before each test case. I no longer see a test case ID other than "-0" for every single test case.

If I select a test case from the left, the right side refreshes with the correct test case but the information shows "Test Case ID -0 :: Version: 1".

Looking at the links in various places, I can see that the correct test case ID's are in the links, they just are not being displayed correctly in the testlink UI. The Reports section also shows test case ID's of "-0" for every entry.

Has anyone seen this before? Know any solutions to get the test case ID's to show up correctly in the UI?

I found that this issue was caused because I did not do the Data migration. I only did the DB scheme update.

Once I did the migration, the -0 was no longer there.
